Armando Perla is an independent curator and consultant based in Montreal. He is part of the executive board of ICOM's International Committee on Ethical Dilemmas. He was a founding member of the Canadian Museum for Human Rights and was Project Manager at the Swedish Museum of Migration and Democracy.
